3D Printing


3D printing is a method of producing details from plastics, metals, composites and many other materials in an incremental, ‘layer-by-layer’ manner.

3D printing is excellent for the prototyping stage, as it is a cheaper and faster alternative to other popular manufacturing methods.

We have 3D printing technologies: FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, 3SP, DLP and PolyJet.

We choose the right solution based on technical requirements of the model, from the variants available in our quality center.

  • FDM printing – allows for 3D printing of fully functional prototypes, spare components, electronics housings, etc. We print from: ABS, ASA, HIPS, NYLON, PC, PC-ABS, PC-ESD, PA-CF, PP and PET.
  • SLA/DLP printing – uses liquid acrylic resins with different properties, often used in casting (lost wax process) also for prototyping.
  • SLS printing – a method using sintering of powder by laser. It allows the printing of prototypes, spare elements, housings etc. We print from PA11, PA12 and composites.
  • DMLS printing – uses the possibility of selective sintering of metal powders using a laser. This method is most often used to create prototypes, gauges and other elements with unusual shapes. We print from stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and precious metals.
